Free In-Store Pickup
Cost: Free
Collect your order from Little Luxuries at your convenience. Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you.

Store pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
How it works:

Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

We’ll notify you (email/WhatsApp/call) when your order is ready.

Visit the store with your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect.
Free Next Day Delivery (Orders AED 250+)
Cost: Free
Enjoy free next-day delivery on all orders of AED 250 and above.
How it works:

Order before 2:00 PM UAE Time for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE Time will be ready the next day and delivered the day after.

Available across the UAE (subject to remote-area exceptions).
Standard Next Day Delivery (Orders under AED 250)
Cost: AED 30
For orders below AED 250, our next-day delivery ensures a quick and efficient arrival.
How it works:

Order before 2:00 PM UAE Time for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE Time will be ready the next day and delivered the day after.

Applies across the UAE (subject to remote-area exceptions).
Bulky & Oversized Delivery (including bulk orders)
Cost: Custom pricing (quoted per order)
For large furniture, or multi-item/bulk deliveries, shipping is priced on a case-by-case basis.
How it works:

All bulky or oversized items and bulk orders are custom priced based on size, weight, quantities, and destination.

After checkout we will email a shipping quote within 24 hours for your approval.

You may accept the quoted fee for delivery scheduling or cancel your order for a full refund if you decline the quote.

Typical delivery window: 2–3 business days from confirmation of the custom quote (timing may vary depending on location and logistics).

We arrange safe and secure transportation for furniture and larger Items, and will contact you to schedule delivery if required.
Outside-Area Deliveries (Remote Emirates / Special Zones)
If your address falls into a remote or special-zone area, we may need to quote separately. We will email you a shipping quote within 24 hours for approval.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched via Aramex, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time directly on the Aramex website.
Delivery Delays
During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, National Holidays, Black Friday, etc.), or due to unforeseen events, delivery may take longer than expected. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Bulky or heavy items may incur additional collection fees.

Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only.
