Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return, provided you have a valid receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original packaging

In resalable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
If your return is accepted, a credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, voucher, coupon, or store credit. No refunds will be issued in cash or to the original payment method.

Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, plants)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please complete the return process for the original item. Once your return is approved, use the issued credit (voucher, coupon, etc.) to place a new order.
- Credit Validity: Unless otherwise stated, credits and vouchers expire 3 months from issue. Credit notes and gift vouchers are not convertible to cash and may be redeemed only for future purchases.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds in the form of cash or bank/card reversal.

These can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store, as applicable.
Note: Refunds via original payment methods will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer through the website or by request—except in cases where the mistake is from Little Luxuries' end, such as:

Incorrect item sent

Duplicate charge

Product no longer available
In such cases, our team will proactively contact the customer via phone or email to cancel or modify the order.
Customer-initiated cancellations are not accepted unless approved by Little Luxuries management, and only under exceptional conditions.

Important Notes

Credit notes, vouchers, or gift cards issued are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any disputes related to transactions should be taken up with the issuing bank. Little Luxuries is not responsible for delays or rejections by financial institutions.
