OVERVIEW

Welcome to Little Luxuries! The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to LITTLE LUXURIES (L.L.C), operator of https://littleluxuries.ae/ (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our Site and related services (the “Services,” which include our online store, customer support, pickup & collection, and all content, features, tools, products and services offered). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. Customers must be 18 years or older; we reserve the right to request proof of age.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT

  1. Eligibility & Verification

    • You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We may require proof of age or identity.

  2. Account Security

    • To protect your account and ensure a safe experience, we may temporarily pause or reset access if we detect any unusual activity or unauthorized sharing.

    • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

  3. Accurate Information

    • All registration, billing and shipping details must be current and complete. You must update any changes promptly.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

  • We strive for accurate product depictions, but device settings may affect color/appearance.

  • From time to time, we may update product availability, descriptions, or correct any listing errors to ensure accuracy and the best shopping experience.

  •  If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you through email or phone and offer credit or an alternative.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance by email after payment authorization.

  • Cancellation Window: Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of order placement. After that, no customer‑initiated cancellations are allowed unless there’s a verified error by Little Luxuries (e.g., wrong item shipped, duplicate billing, product unavailable). In such cases, we may contact you by phone or email to resolve it.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled directly through the website interface.

    To request a cancellation:

    If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, cancellations may not be possible once the order is in the processing or shipping stage.

  • All purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.

  • Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an electronic payment confirmation and receipt at the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation will include the transaction amount, order details, and reference number.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

  • Prices displayed include all applicable UAE VAT; shipping, handling, or import duties may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • The final amount charged is in AED; your bank’s conversion rates to your card’s currency are your responsibility.
  • No cash or card refunds: all credits are issued as gift cards, vouchers, or store credit only.
  •  Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://littleluxuries.ae/ policies and rules.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP

5.1 Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates; we’re not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

5.2 Pickup & Collection

  • You may opt to collect your order from our Dubai warehouse by selecting “Store Pickup” at checkout.

  • Schedule: Pickup slots are available Mon-Sun, 11AM–9 PM; please arrive within the mentioned time.

  • Identification & Receipt: Present the order confirmation email and a valid ID.

  • No‑show: If your pickup slot is missed, we may return the item to stock for safekeeping. We will promptly reach out to help you schedule a new pickup time at your convenience.

  • Liability: Once an item has been collected, responsibility for its care and safe handling transfers to you. We encourage you to check your items during pickup, as we are unable to accept liability for any damage or loss that occurs afterward.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & CREDITS

  • 7‑Day Return Policy: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, subject to:

    • Unused condition

    • Original packaging

    • Valid proof of purchase

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • Processing Time: Approved returns are credited to your account within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Credit Validity: Unless otherwise stated, credits and vouchers expire 12 months from issue. Credit notes and gift vouchers are not convertible to cash and may be redeemed only for future purchases.

  • Damaged/Defective: Report within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification, we’ll offer replacement or credit.

  • Non‑Returnable: Sale/discounted items, custom/personalized goods, perishable products (e.g., flowers, plants), and gift cards.

SECTION 7 – EXCHANGES

  • While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return eligible items for credit and place a new order for your preferred product.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Services is owned by Little Luxuries or licensors and protected by UAE and international IP laws.

  • You may use content only for personal, non‑commercial purposes; all other uses require our prior written consent.

SECTION 9 – THIRD‑PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

  • Optional tools and external links are provided “as‑is” with no endorsement or warranty.

  • Use at your own risk and abide by any third‑party terms.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

  • We’re powered by Shopify but all sales are directly between you and Little Luxuries. Shopify is not liable for any transactions.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY

  • All personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy where applicable.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK LICENSE

  • You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to use any feedback you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 13 – ERRORS & CORRECTIONS

  • We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if details (price, description, availability) are inaccurate, even post‑order.

SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES

  • You must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include hacking, scraping, spamming, infringing IP, or violating OFAC sanctions.

  • Any misuse of our services may lead to account restrictions or, in serious cases, suspension. We aim to handle such matters fairly and transparently.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

  • We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Surviving provisions: Sections 6, 8, 12, 15–18, 20–25.

SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  • Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available” without any express or implied warranties, except as may be required by mandatory UAE consumer‑protection laws.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the extent permitted by law, neither Little Luxuries nor Shopify (nor their affiliates) shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, except for liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law (e.g., gross negligence causing personal injury).

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Luxuries, Shopify and their affiliates for any third‑party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stay in effect.

SECTION 20 – WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, plus referenced policies, are the complete agreement.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

  • You may not assign your rights or obligations. We may assign ours without notice.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • Governed by UAE law. Any dispute shall be brought before UAE courts, without prejudice to your mandatory local‑law rights.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email and by posting a “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 24 – COOKIES POLICY

  • We use cookies for core functionality, analytics, preferences, and advertising. You may disable them in your browser, but some features may break.
